TL9000 Telecommunication

What is TL 9000?

It is a quality management system for design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of telecommunication products and services. The TL 9000 Quality System requirements include a minimum set of performance metrics and indicators to measure progress and evaluate results of quality system implementation.

On this Quality Management homepage, we will help you understand the what and why of a Quality Management Systemwhat it is and why your business will benefit from implementing one.

Partner with DNV for:

  • Certification of your Quality Management System to the generic ISO 9001:2000 standard. It is an international standard applicable to any manufacturing or service provider. If your business holds certification to the 1994 version, you should consider transition to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Certificates to the 1994 version are valid until December 15, 2003.

The road to certification will help you prepare for an independent audit. Accredited certification will explain what the actual certification process entails.
